Our warehouse, located in the Prosperita industrial area in Windhoek, offers 3000 square meters of airconditioned storage space. ISO 9001:2008 certified processes ensure the highest standards of quality is applied to every activity, from receiving inventory to shipping of customer orders. We deliver every two hours in Windhoek and daily to every part of the country.
Distribution is powered by Lila Enterprise Pharmaceutical Distribution Software. This software system caters for integrated batch-tracking and monitors expiry dates. Sophisticated forecasting techniques ensure we always have the right quantities of inventory on hand.
We offer manufacturers and suppliers full transparency through the supply chain with our Lila Supplier Portal (LSP) software application. LSP allows suppliers to monitor the following:
- Supplier stock levels, including batch numbers and expiry dates
- Sales history per month in monetary value and number of units
- Product sales percentages per area with break-down to client and invoice level
- Market share per Therapeutical class
The Rep Ordering Interface (ROI) software system allows sales representatives to place orders directly onto our system. This system was developed to be used on netbooks but it can also be used on notebooks. It features the following:
