Telemarketer

Overview

The incumbent carries out duties related to the Telemarketer and Order Execution procedures, which includes but not limited to contacting allocated clients daily for order placement, product inquiries, product returns, account queries and customer support. He/she is responsible for maintaining a disciplined working environment and adhering to Nampharm’s specific Culture and Leadership Principles..

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Pharmacist Assistant qualification is essential.
  • Grade 12 certificate compulsory.
  • Exceptional telephone skills are essential.
  • Applicant must not have a criminal record.
  • Experience and qualifications in the Pharmaceutical Wholesale Industry will be advantageous.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential, while proficiency in Oshiwambo will be advantageous.
  • Excellent Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be required to inform clients about valid deals/specials, promote products to and provide important product in- formation to clients.
  • The incumbent will be required to promote Nampharm, Nampharm tools and Nampharm services to clients.
  • The incumbent must achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • The incumbent must log customer service queries, complaints and forward serious customer complaints to the Supervisor and/or Sales Manager.
  • Complete and submit Compassionate Clearance or Specialty products requests received from clients.
  • Manage daily the processing of invoices, ordering schedules, courier claims, staff and representative orders.
  • Assist with all other Telemarketers and Order Executing duties, in accordance with competency level, as requested by the Telemarketer Supervisor.
  • The incumbent must manage back-orders monthly and provide generic alternatives if necessary.
  • The incumbent must create, log and manage their client’s Request for Credit and liaison with the Warehouse Admin Manager regarding the outstanding Request for Credit.
