Overview
To provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day Human Resources operations and ensure all documentation, systems and basic employee interactions are managed efficiently and correctly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks in the hiring process, post job advertisements, prepare recruitment documents and open employee files.
- Schedule interviews and manage communication with applicants.
- Manage HR department calendar, schedule meetings, take minutes and coordinate HR-related activities, events and training.
- Collect and provide accurate payroll data, capturing and tracking of information for review.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to employee benefits.
- Organizing training sessions, preparing training materials, attending and maintaining training records.
- Monitor and follows up on training plans, job descriptions and update relevant trackers and flag outstanding documentation.
- Record HR actions on log sheets and trackers and provide progress updates to the HR team.
- Perform general HR administrative support and maintain orderly document control system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor law basics.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Language skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel and general computer literacy).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Leadership skills to be able to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals.
