As a proudly Namibian company, Nampharm distributes medicine, surgical products and consumer products to all registered pharmacies, doctors and private hospitals throughout Namibia.

As part of our social responsibilty, Nampharm registered an initiative towards Namibian children:

Nampharm Foundation Trust

Nampharm maintains a Consumer Warehouse and an Ethical Warehouse.

Nampharm employs 7 full time, highly skilled Telesales personnel. Clients are phoned throughout the day for orders and Telesales personnel are also available to take all incoming calls from clients to place their orders.

Overnight deliveries are done via courier service to all clients throughout the country.

Trading hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:15 and Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00.

Pharmacovigilance

  • Report adverse events to the Company within 24 hours
  • Forward any communication from the local competent authority with regards to the safety of the medicinal products and medical devices.
  • Pharmacovigilance training of NamPharm personnel.
  • Send monthly reports on adverse events where needed.
  • Perform product quality complaints and recalls from the market.

  • Assisting with GDP related queries, Audit Requests and Queries and liaising with Quality Manager to ensure compliance.
