The incumbent will be responsible for all administrative tasks assigned by the Procurement Product Manager.

Senior Secondary Certificate (Grade 12).

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Previous experience and a qualification in the Pharmaceutical Wholesale Industry will be advantageous.

No criminal record.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.

Solid understanding of basic mathematics and numerical accuracy.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Logical thinking, persuasiveness, and the ability to deliver presentations confidently.

Follow up on orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines.

Manage all outstanding and back-ordered items within the assigned portfolio.

Process and capture invoices, as well as handle invoice-related claims.

Assist with updates to the item master and pricing information.

Provide administrative support at reception when requested.

Communicate order and product information from suppliers to buyers and telesales team.

Respond to queries related to Receiving, Procurement, and Warehousing and Stock Management as directed by product managers.

Get quotations for clearance and transport.

Required to prepare the necessary transport and permit applications for permit orders.
